Can the watch batteries be replaced?
Yes, our quartz batteries are a standard type and can be replaced easily. Stores like Walmart will even handle the battery replacement for a minimal charge!
Will the gold plate or silver plate on the metal watches and bracelets last long?
Yes, our products are very durable and we put a tarnish proof coating over jeweler's base metal that can last a long time with proper care and handling.
How long will it take to get my order?
We generally ship orders within 48 to 72 hours of your order if we have it in stock. If you wish faster service, just select our FedEx shipping option.
How easy is it to return your merchandise?
Very easy, just return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a credit, exchange or full refund (excludes shipping charge). All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Do you sell wholesale to stores or vendors?
